Terms of Service — DheeraTech

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing dheeratech.com or engaging DheeraTech for quality engineering, automation testing, browser extensions, or custom software development, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Services

DheeraTech provides technology consulting, software test automation, quality assurance engineering, and bespoke software development under mutually agreed Statements of Work (SOW) or service agreements.

3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a signed SOW, all custom test automation scripts, test frameworks, and code artifacts developed specifically for a client become the client's intellectual property upon receipt of full payment.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all proprietary software architectures, application credentials, source code, and commercial project details as confidential information.

5. Limitation of Liability

While DheeraTech exercises utmost professional engineering diligence, automated testing does not guarantee zero software defects under all hypothetical production conditions. Services are provided on a professional consulting basis.
